- Account Closure: You may request to close your bk990 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following final KYC checks. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

During such holds, the player's account may be temporarily restricted. bk990 is not liable for any losses arising from such holds if they are the result of legitimate fraud prevention activity.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms prevail.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by bk990 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is displayed on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses have a validity period starting from the date of issue. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without replacement or compensation.
- One Bonus Per Person: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bk990 permits one bonus claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including multi-accounting, is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
- bk990's Discretion: bk990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. bk990 also reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk990 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and any associated funds forfeited pending investigation:
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with any part of the bk990 platform without human input.
- Collusion or coordination with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal platform operation.
- Money laundering or using the bk990 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. bk990 is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or obscuring prior prohibited activity.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination

We provide the following tools to all registered players and encourage their use whenever needed: voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to AML and KYC requirements.
- Effect of Termination: Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and prohibited conduct — remain in full force after termination.
7. Disclaimer and Governing Law
The bk990 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk990 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bk990 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the bk990 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk990 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
